I think it would be a great idea to put together some lists of "Top Citation Lists"
Depending on the location or niche we maybe targeting there are different citation and review sites that will work better than others.
Example; a Contractor should have a target list that is much different than a Tour agency.
Can we put together Top lists for each niche?

Whitespark partnered with Moz Local to create this exact resource. Many of our users are interested in the top citation sources for their industry and/or city so with the help of our Local Citation Finder, Moz has published a really extensive list on their website. I have included a direct link to the "Top Citation Sources by Category" but you will see the option for "Top Citations by City" in the menu on the left. I hope this helps!
