1. Log in via https://rb.whitespark.ca/
2. Select the business you want. From the Customer Activity screen click Requests > Request Modes.
3. In Ultimate Mode, the rating confirmation drop-down can be found in Feedback Landing Page.
In Review Mode, the NPS rating confirmation drop-down can be found in Negative and Positive Landing Page.
4. Click the toggle ON to include the NPS confirmation in your landing page(s), and turn it OFF to not include this option. Don't forget to save your changes!
