Adding Survey Questions | Whitespark Help Center

When using Ultimate Mode you have the option to add up to 4 additional survey questions to your Feedback Landing page to bring in more detailed feedback from your customers. To add custom survey questions:

1. Log in via https://rb.whitespark.ca/ and select the business you want

2. Click on Requests > Request Modes. You need to be using Ultimate Mode to add survey questions.

3. Click edit beside the Feedback Landing Page template

4. Click the ADD QUESTION button

5. Enter your question, descriptors and keyword (used for reporting).

6. If you want to add more questions, click the add survey question button again. When you're finished, remember to click the save button. You can use the arrow buttons to change the order of your questions, and the x button to remove a question.
