How to use SmartReply to respond to reviews

Reputation Builder can harness the power of AI to create thoughtful personalized responses to reviews. Stay in control of responses with the ability to review and edit prior to submitting.

From the customer activity dashboard find the review to which you would like to respond.

Pro-tip: use the filter "not replied to" to easily find reviews that require attention.

Select Manage > Reply:

Click the Smart Reply button to generate the AI powered response:

Review the response and edit if necessary. Click Submit.

Done!

Tip: Authorize Google and Facebook in Authorization Settings in order to reply to 3rd party reviews in addition to 1st party feedback with Smart Reply.
