To update you Whitespark password navigate to your Settings then under the Profile section select "edit":

Select Change Password:

Enter your new password and hit save:

*Tip:*: You need to enter a first and last name in order to be able to save your password change.

If you have forgotten your password simply select the "Forgot Password" option from the login page.

Enter your email address associated with your account:

*Tip:* If you have forgotten the email address for your account please email us at [email protected] and we can help you recover your account.

You will receive an email from us with a link to update your password. Click this link, or copy and paste it into your browser:

Enter your new password twice and click Submit:

You are done!
