We are focused in helping bring efficiency to building and managing your online reputation. You can monitor Twitter for up to 5 keywords; this can be brand mentions through adding your user handles (ie. @whitespark), hashtags, or keywords.

1. Click Reports > Twitter Report

2. Enter in up to 5 keywords, hashtags or Twitter handles, in any combination, that you want to monitor. Enter one at a time and hit the Add button. You will see them created below under Currently Monitoring and you can remove them by clicking the “x”.

4. Once you have added your terms, the report will populate within an hour, displaying the tweets mentioning your monitored terms. The report will update once per hour.
