If you ever need to export your customer list, including any feedback they've left, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Log in via https://rb.whitespark.ca/

2. If you have multiple locations, select the location you would like to export data for from the Business Dashboard.

3. From the menu, go to Reports > NPS Report and click the Customer CSV Export button.

4. To export all customer data, select Export Everything, set the date range to Lifetime, and click the Download CSV button.

Tip! Be careful using your customer list for unsolicited promotions outside of Reputation Builder. You might be violating Can-Spam Act rules.
