You are able to set an email address for direct replies. If the customer doesn't go through the feedback process, but replies directly to your email this is who will receive the email. By default, this will be the business owner's email address, but you are able to update this.
1. Log in via https://rb.whitespark.ca/ and select the business you want.
2. Click Settings > Feedback settings, and locate the "Feedback Request Sender" email field. Enter the email you wish to use. Click Update.
3. If customers want to reply directly to your feedback request, the email you enter here will receive their reply.
Tip! All initial feedback request emails come from [email protected] . Doing it any other way or adding more masking would be considered ‘spoofing’ and drastically decrease deliverability due to anti-spam measures that are in place across the web. If you are using a “Firewall”, “Microsoft Exchange Server” or if you are accessing the internet via a company network you may need to white-list emails from the Reputation Builder.
