Search results are changing every minute. Sometimes, you can run the exact same search the next day, or even just hours later and get slightly different results. Local Citation Finder does a crawl of Google when running a search, and pulls in handfuls of relevant results at a time. If a citation you know you have isn’t showing up here's what you need to know:

- Enter a Short Name for your business in your campaign setup so that we can improve our listing discovery. If you have a really long business name, adding a short name can help our system uncover listings that may use a variation of your name. Short names allow us to do partial name matches which help us discover more of your citations across the web.

- Add the Citation manually in your My Citations section of your campaign. Copy & Paste the citation URL from the source that's missing.

The missing citation will be added immediately and we will annotate the results.

- Campaigns rerun automatically every week to scan for new citations, and search the campaign keywords to find new competitors and citation opportunities. So every week we will look for all your citation sources across the web.

- Try changing up the phone number format. For example, instead of 555-555-5555, try (555) 555-5555, or something else. Also check to see if the business name is listed in any other format. For example, Marble Slab vs. Marble Slab Creamery.

Please note that if your citations are not published or indexed in Google, they will not show up in the Local Citation Finder results. If you’ve recently submitted some citations, it can take a few weeks or even a few months for them to get indexed by Google, depending on the citation source. To speed up the indexing process, you could build an “Our Online Profiles” page on your website and link to all your known citations. Linking to them from anywhere else you can will also help, like via Twitter, Facebook sharing, etc.
