Management features to keep track of your work and stay organized.

Under Campaign -> Opportunities will be all the citations that your top competitors have that you don't.

Competitors - this is the number of competitors that are listed on a specific site that you are not. So, for the example above 5 competitors have a listing on YouTube that this business does not.

DA (Domain Authority) - is a search engine ranking score developed by Moz that predicts how well a website will rank on search engine result pages (SERPs). A DA score ranges from 1 to 100, with higher scores corresponding to a greater ability to rank.

Marked As - The marked as column represents any tag you've used to organize and sort your opportunities. The tags include:

  • To-do = Looks like a solid citation site. I'll submit a citation for my business later.

  • Submitted = I went to the site and submitted my business information.

  • Got it = My business has a published citation on the site. Simply add the link to your citation and we will move it over to your My Citations tab and annotate it that you manually added it to your citation sources.

  • Useless = I'm not interested in this source or it's not a good fit for my business (for example - your competitors website).

Once you assign a status to a citation source, it will be highlighted in the Marked As column in it's respective colour.

Notes - If you're working as a team, notes can help you communicate with each other and are a useful way to add comments to specific opportunities like, "this site has a $300/year fee to get listed."

Filtering Opportunities

Filter by “Submitability”of a Citation Site

Opportunities_-_Filter_by_Submittability.png

Click any of the coloured toggles to filter your opportunities data by:

  1. All sources – everything we found.

  2. Submittable – our team has confirmed that you can submit a listing.

  3. Probably submittable – sites that you can likely submit a listing.

  4. Unknown – maybe you can submit a listing, maybe you can’t. We don’t know!

By default, the lists are grouped by submittable, followed by probably submittable, then unknown. This makes it easy to jump straight to the sites that you can just “submit your business” to get a citation (as opposed to blogs or newspapers or other sites you would have to outreach to).

Filter by Competitor

Filter your opportunities by a specific competitors ranking in the top 10 results.
