Once you place your order and assign your business information, you will receive an email from us outlining your expected timeline and may ask you to confirm some details regarding your business details.

Once we've begun work on your order, you may notice that the email address we use to build these listings will start to receive several emails from many of these directories. Some may ask you to confirm information, display inaccurate details for your business, or direct you to click on certain links. This is all very normal, and we kindly ask that you ignore these emails and transfer them to a folder for our team to access as we complete your order. It's very important that you don't follow the instructions listed in these emails or delete them.

In some cases, you may also receive calls from certain directories. Unless we have specifically contacted you about a call and told you how to handle it, please just ignore them and decline offers of paid products and services. If there are any phone verifications that need to be completed, we will reach out to you and give you notice, and instructions.

When your order is complete you will receive another email from us with your report and any final instructions.

Listings on some sites will go live immediately, others might take a few days, and others might take a few months. Some of these smaller city-specifc and industry-specific sites are managed by a single person who reviews and approves submissions. They can take a long time to work through the submissions. We've seen listings go live over a year after we submitted.

Typically, about 30% of our submissions will be live when we send you your report, and they will continue to trickle in over the next few months.

*Tip*: You can order follow up reports and we will update your report to let you know which of these pending listings have gone live. Follow up reports are completed 1 and 3 months post order completion.
