Great question! You will notice that our Premium and Comprehensive Packages feature Exhaustive Cleanup on a set of sites and then New Listings/Basic Cleanup on another set of sites. Let's address how these services differ.

New Listings/Basic Cleanup:

For this portion of your order, we will start at the top of our site list and complete a search for your business information on each site. We then take action in one of 3 ways:

1) We find no listing: we build a new listings

2) We find a correct listing: we make a note of this listing, no charge

3) We find an incorrect listing: we submit an update, if possible.

With incorrect listings, it is not always possible that we can submit a request to update. This often happens in cases where the business has previously claimed the listing. If a business has claimed a listing that means they have created an account on the site and the listing cannot be updated without logging in.

Basic cleanup does not include additional follow-up or attempts to recover an incorrect listing, we will simply submit an update request where possible.

Exhaustive Cleanup:

With an exhaustive cleanup, we will do everything in our power in order to get a listing updated.

We will dig deep into each site to find any and all listings for the business, and then report and update listings to ensure only one, accurate, listing remains.

Often times we will ask a business if they have any existing login information for any sites that are claimed. If this information is available it will improve the speed and success rate of updating the listings.

If no login information is available, then we will use various strategies to attempt to recover and update the listings.

Exhaustive cleanup includes additional follow ups with the site to push out the updates.
