The Whitespark Local Platform makes it easy to edit any number of your Google Business Profiles with just a few clicks. It’s basically magic 🪄
The bulk edit feature works by taking the configuration from any field (or combination of fields) on one of your locations (we call this the Source location), and applying it to the other locations that you select.
How it works
Let's say you want to apply the same business hours to 10 of your locations...
Before you start: Make sure one of your locations has the hours configured exactly the way you want them in the Local Platform. If you don’t currently have a location that has the configuration you want for the desired field — just go ahead and edit one so that it does.
Head over the Bulk edit screen and select the location with the desired business hours configuration as the Source location. Click Continue.
Now select the field(s) you want to edit from the Fields & data section. In this case, we’d select Business hours and click Continue.
Now we will select the locations we want to apply these hours to in the Locations to update section. In the location selection window, clicking on any location will move it over to the Selected locations column. Once you’re done picking these target locations (10 in this case), click the Select 10 locations button to close the window and then Continue to the next step.
The final step is to review your bulk edit and double check your selections. If any adjustments are needed, simply click Adjust settings and you will return to the configuration panel. After making your changes, click Done making changes to re-enter the review panel.
If everything looks good, click Submit and your changes will be pushed from the selected fields on the Source location to the target locations.
The only thing that’s left is to decide what you’re going to do with all the time you just saved! 😎
Note: most bulk edits will be completed within 5-10 minutes. Very large edits may a take a bit longer.
You can review the status of your past edits from the Bulk edit history log. This can be accessed from the Bulk edit screen.
