The majority of businesses need to simply enter their business name, root domain, and/or phone number. If you are finding your results to be matching incorrect items we can apply some advanced rules.

Website

  • Enter just the root domain: this will match all sub-pages.

  • Enter a specific sub-page: this will match only that particular sub-page, no children pages

  • Add an asterisk to your sub-page and we will match all children pages. Example: business.com/page* will match business.com/page/location/one

  • You can also add this wildcard subdomain to the front of a URL. Example: *.business.com will match location1.business.com and location2.business.com/service1

Business Name

  • Enter a Business Name: we will match any Google Business Profile that contains that name. Example: Bob's Plumbing will match Bob's Plumbing - Seattle and Fred and Bob's Plumbing.

  • Enter the Business Name with quotation marks and we will only match that exact business name. Example: "Bob's Plumbing" will ensure we do not match Fred and Bob's Plumbing, but will also mean we would not capture Bob's Plumbing - Seattle.
